TWO cracking goals gave Arsenal the FA Cup on Saturday but I felt the match was marred by an all-too-familiar annual event.
I would love to go the bookies and ask for odds on Trevor Brooking (right) NOT mentioning the fact that he scored with a header in the 1980 final.
Trev's reference to that goal is like listening to that bloke from Harry Enfield (was it Smashie?) saying 'I do a lot of good work for charity mate but I don't like to talk about it'. Give it a rest Trev!
By now, we should know whether Arsenal have completed the double.
You all know my loathing for the men from Old Trafford but any Red Devils out there will at least be pleased to know that a trophy-less season will cost me money in the form of a failed bet. Cheers Robbo!
