THE growth of Whaddon company Signworks has continued with a major refurbishment of its premises and an increase in its workforce.
Founded seven years ago by managing director John Sandford-Hart, the sign, stainless steel and graphics specialists have a new workshop covering all aspects of stainless steel.
"Our newly refurbished unit includes a reception and showroom, full welding shop, carpentry shop, stainless steel fabrication, vehicle bay and a dedicated workshop for reconditioning," said Debbie Edwards (25), the new sales and marketing executive.
"And our state-of-the-art design studio headed up by Claire Burrage includes PCs and Macs capable of both standard to wide format, plotter equipment and full in-house digital thermal printers."
Also joining the company is Simon Clarke (33), who will head up the production facility and has worked in the stainless steel industry for eight years.
