HELLENIC LEAGUE: MALMESBURY Vics made sure of another Hellenic League season with a 5-1 win over Middle Barton.
Alan Griffin hit a hat-trick, an own goal and a penalty from Vics keeper Graham Jones doing the damage, Beale scoring a consolation for the visitors ten minutes from time.
In the bottom two for a good part of the season, the Vics recovered well and found their form in the last weeks of the season.
North Leigh are the champions of the Premier Division after a little help from Highworth Town. The Wiltshire club upset the apple cart for championship contenders Gloucester United in midweek beating them 5-2.
Wayne Fuller scored twice to bring his total of goals to 24 and Paul Cooper, Dave Webb and Matt Saye also on target.
Gloucester United finished runners-up with Fairford Town in sixth. Wootton Bassett finished fourth from bottom but it is expected only two clubs will be relegated.
