AN interiors business that Caroline Blakeney started from home, is going from strength to strength in Calne's former Oxfam shop.
Mrs Blakeney, from Mile Elm, Calne, said the Grade II listed building in Church Street is a perfect showcase for interiors and has attracted a lot of passing trade, as well as people from as far away as Sussex and London.
The 37-year-old started the business from home some nine years ago, and bought a workshop in Bishops Cannings three years ago, where everything is made to order.
Natural wood flooring, curtains, cushions, blinds, sofas, footstools and table lamps are all on offer at Blakeney Interiors, and made locally to customer's requirements.
"I'm really pleased with the way things are going so far and think it was a good move to come to Calne," said Mrs Blakeney.
