I AM writing to express fury beyond all measure at the laughable Wigglybus service.
In fact, it has got well beyond a joke and is so poor and unreliable that it is no longer a service at all.
My anger is not directed at most of the drivers, it is however directed at a call centre that is useless and does not function as a professional service should.
On numerous occasions when I have booked to travel, the bus fails to turn up only to find that I am either not booked on at all or booked on a totally different time.
This has regularly made me late for meetings and appointments and on occasion has made me late for work.
I pride myself on being reliable and feel that this bus service, if you can call it such, lets everyone down and it is time that something is done once and for all to solve this problem.
Of course the bus is an important service for those living in the hamlets that surround Devizes such as Beechingstoke but it is always unlikely that the bus will turn up on time or at all.
How then can this service claim to be professional?
I would call on the powers that stand behind the Wigglybus to make comment.
