MENCAP, the UK's leading charity for children and adults with a learning disability, is looking for people to take part in a charity walk in Hampshire on October 5.
This 11-mile walk from Winchester to Bishop's Waltham is just a short section of the journey medieval pilgrims used to make from Canterbury to Mont St Michel.
The Mencap team will provide you with an informative pack detailing the history of this ancient route, discounts on accommodation and restaurants in Hampshire, refreshments and a fundraising pack.
Sponsorship targets are £50 for adults and children aged 12 to 16, with a £20 registration fee for adults. Children under 12 go free.
For more information about the walk, ring 0845 9777 779 or e-mail events@mencap.org.uk
