A computer software boss from Bradford on Avon accused of murdering his wife was due to appear at Bristol Crown Court on Friday, May 10.
Randle Williams, 43, of Greenland Mills, was charged with murdering his 33-year-old wife Natalie, between April 21 and 24.
Mrs Williams' body was found in the river Avon two weeks ago just yards from her home.
Williams, who runs his own computer software company in Bath, was charged with his wife's murder last Wednesday and appeared at West Wiltshire Magistrates Court in Trowbridge the following day.
