FANS of JR Tolkein's Lord of the Rings books will be heading for Corsham Library on Saturday, when the Swindon Games Workshop team will be running fantasy battle games.
The free event will take place between 10am and 12.45pm.
Classes in miniature model painting will also be on offer for those who are keen to improve their skills.
The event is part of a national project to encourage more teenagers to use their library.
It is a partnership between Games Workshop stores, local libraries and the National Reading Campaign, with the support of Collins Children's Books.
Community librarian Jane Dunmow said: "We are very pleased to have an event which will appeal to the teenage age group.
"It's important to encourage teenagers to come into the library to see what's on offer and to let us know what they want from their library service."
No booking is required and participants can drop in at any time. However, there is a minimum age limit of 11 years.
