SCOTT McMurtry landed the Evening Advertiser Peatmoor Millennium Trophy, with his Peatmoor team taking the collective honours.
Cold rain the night before did not help the fishing but nevertheless respectable weights were recorded.
McMurtry's winning 7lb 4oz catch, off peg nine, was made up of roach and skimmer, narrowly beating Adam Mitchell ( Brynmill), on peg 62, whose mixed bag of tench, bream, roach and perch was one ounce adrift at 7-3-0.
Third place went to Mark Kimber (Peatmoor) from peg 73 with 5-14-8.
Team honours went to Peatmoor with one section win and three seconds giving them a three-point advantage over Brynmill. Liden B were a further point behind.
