THE shabby treatment handed out to disabled five-year-old Aaron Peat and his family by Toys R Us in Bristol is typical of the uncaring attitude of national chain stores.

The Chippenham youngster, left disabled by a stroke, relies on an electric car bought from the store to get him around outdoors.

But when the car broke down shortly after the family brought it home the shop has brushed them off with a series of excuses. It is even too arrogant and uncaring to speak to the Gazette and acknowledge it should do something for the family.

We trust the rest of our readers will note the shop's attitude.
