THE TUC is calling for an extra £375m for Regional Development Agencies in its latest review published today.
The report wants an extra 25 per cent increase in funding as part of a package of measures to tackle the UK's productivity gap and create a world class British manufacturing sector for the future.
The TUC says the UK has lower productivity and higher regional inequality compared with its European competitors.
