THE three best kept villages in Wiltshire are to receive special accolades at a presentation evening on Wednesday.
Representatives from Sutton Veny, Bratton and Chitterne will all be presented with certificates by the chair of West Wiltshire District Council, Alison Irving.
Cllr Irving said: "The Best Kept Village competition is important to community life in West Wiltshire and I am delighted to be able to make these presentations."
Bratton was the best large village, Sutton Veny was top in the medium village section and Chitterne won the small village category.
The competition was organised by the Council for the Protection of Rural England and the district council.
