CRICKLADE looks set to receive another £50,000 towards its High Street enhancement scheme.
The cash from North Wiltshire District Council's Wootton Bassett and Cricklade Area Commttee will be used for improvements including the repaving of the High Street outside the refurbished Ockwells building. Wiltshire County Council also has plans to put a new zebra crossing on the High Street.
So far more than £400,000 worth of improvements have been carried out in the High Street including pavement widening, new street lighting, traffic calming features and landscaping at Suce-suredre Place.
