Struggling Dr Martens club Salisbury City have been closed down.
The South Wiltshire outfit, relegated from the Premier to the Eastern Division last season, have bolted the gates at the Raymond McEnhill Stadium after persistent financial problems.
City have been losing around £100,000 a season, and director Robert Wike confirmed the club will not be operating when the new campaign kicks off next month.
