PEOPLE feeling run down and exhausted can seek help at a complementary therapy day at Princess Margaret's Hospital.
Reflexologists, aromatherapists, Indian head masseurs, and crystal therapists will be on hand at the charity day, in aid of the Evolution Fund for the new hospital.
Tracy Vine, midwife at PMH and one of the event organisers, believes that the therapy day is a great chance to experiment with new things.
"It's important to keep an open mind with this kind of thing, and there will be some very interesting new therapies at the fundraiser," she said.
"I'm looking forward to trying the kineosology apparently they use herbal methods to detect your aura, and can tell almost instantly whether you have any allergies."
The complementary therapy day, which will also feature a raffle, runs from 10am to 4pm on Saturday at the PMH Social Club on the hospital site.
Entry is £1 a person, and there is no need to book.
