STEAM has had a tough time of it and is still not out of the mire.
Its failure to attract enough visitors and, therefore, enough revenue, has seen it become a millstone around the council's neck.
Now it is set to reveal more of the secrets behind Swindon's railway heritage by opening up a new exhibition, Storehouse from this weekend.
So if you have not been down to Steam, get yourself down there now. And if you have been before, go again.
Because while Steam needs your support, it is also too good to miss.
