CHIPPENHAM managed to avenge the defeat from earlier on in the season with a three-wicket win.
After winning the toss, Chippenham put Taunton into bat where the visitors scored 163 for nine in their 45 overs, Stuart Rose top-scoring with 61.
Dave Silvanus was the pick of the Chippenham bowlers, with figures of four for 33 from 11 overs.
After losing their first five wickets for just 70 runs, Chippenham's hopes were revived by Jace Lawson and Paul Regan, who put on 75, Lawson scoring 38 and Regan 31. Other useful contributions came from Alex Clarke (25) and Steve Thompsett (23) as Chippenham completed the win in the 38th over.
