A SPY helicopter invented by a Corsham man has been drawing worldwide interest at an international air conference.
Bob Channon's tiny remote-controlled surveillance helicopter has even caught the attention of James Bond film makers.
The miniature aircraft, which is capable of carrying high-tech surveillance equipment, has been snapped up by military chiefs and is being used in top-secret operations.
The machines, which have a wingspan of just seven feet and can get as close as six feet to an object, are made at premises on Leafield Trading Estate, in Corsham.
Mr Channon said: "The people doing the next Bond film are keen to use it because it has a top speed of 156mph and can be used for wonderful high-speed stunts."
He said his £40,000 Nitrohawk is the only British machine of its type at the conference.
He said: "We are there flying the flag for Britain."
