A NEW youth theatre company in Westbury will be performing for the first time on Sunday, July 21.
The company, Two Planks And A Passion, has been formed by Darian Nelson, community arts director at Matravers School.
He said: "The school gained arts status last year and this company is a part of that.
"My dream is that people will come to the school for a night out."
The group is for youngsters between 16 and 24 and anyone is welcome.
The company's first play will be Our Country's Good, by Timberlake Wertenbaker. It will be staged in the arts studio on Sunday and Monday, at 7pm.
Tickets are available from Darian Nelson on (01373) 822666 and cost £5 (£3 concs).
Some of the play's themes are adult in nature and may not be suitable for under 15s.
