BUDDING athletes in Melksham and Warminster are getting advice on what to eat to maximise their exercise programmes.
Visitors to Melksham Blue Pool and Warminster Sports Centre can pick up a copy of a new fuelling fitness guide, which provides advice to people who exercise regularly.
Helen Steel, manager of the Kinetica gym at the Warminster sports centre, said: "It's very important for people to eat plenty of carbohydrate foods when exercising regularly,
otherwise you will feel slow and dizzy."
