CREATURES ranging from blood-suckers to flesh-eaters are the stars of a new interactive show at Longleat.
The Ugh! Show is set in a fictional field laboratory in a rainforest, and gives the chance to get close to some of the planet's scariest critters.
The show uses a mix of live actors, animals and screens to explain what makes the creatures so frightening.
Show creator Florence Wallace said: "It is a totally new concept for Longleat and we are all really excited about it. Visitors are transported to an exotic rainforest to meet Professor Ugh and his assistant Dr Yuk.
"The show is designed to have lots of thrills, excitement and laughs, but also communicate some serious conservation and environmental messages in a fun and informative way."
During the interactive show, visitors are asked to rate a menagerie of menacing creatures, with the help of the Yukometer, on their sliminess, fear factor and creepability.
The Ugh! Show runs until September 1.
