CHIPPENHAM rugby club are appealing for a fully qualified physiotherapist to join the club's backroom staff.
Robbie Spiers, the club's chairman of senior playing squads, said: "The welfare of the players is paramount and we have a duty to provide care during matches and training sessions."
The senior squads train twice a week at their Allington Field premises and the person appointed will be asked to commit themselves to one of these training sessions, either a Tuesday or Thursday evening.
The new physio will also have to commit themselves to Saturdays or Sundays.
Spiers added: "The club do pay their backroom staff, so the appointed person will actually receive some financial return for their services."
Anyone fully qualified for the role is asked to contact Spiers on 01249 444410 (home), 07881 505907 (mobile) or by email to robbie@spiers42.fsnet.co.uk.
