TALENTED schoolchildren from years 6 and 7 have the opportunity to join a summer school this August.
The school will take gifted and talented students from west Wiltshire primary schools and Clarendon and John of Gaunt schools.
Spokesperson, Mariella Scott, said: "The aim is to look for issues of global citizenship and to encourage the students to be globally together. The group will investigate how society works, communication and cultural influences."
On a trip to London the group will visit Parliament and the Museum of London, and later a trip to Bristol will include a look at the @Bristol exhibition and a visit to an activity centre.
The school runs from August 12 at the Clarendon School and at John of Gaunt the following week.
