Swindon's New College Football Academy have been elected to the Hellenic League.
The talented youngsters will line up in Division One West and will open with a trip to Ardley United on August 17.
New College have enjoyed a successful partnership with Dr Martens outfit Swindon Supermarine, and a ground share at Marine's Hunts Copse has allowed the college to seek senior status.
After the opener at Ardley, New College will play their first home game against Clanfield on August 24.
They will then face two Premier Division sides in the cup competitions, with a Challenge Cup trip to Bishops Cleeve and a Floodlit Cup derby with Wootton Bassett.
Veteran Supermarine midfielder Tom Jones coaches the academy, along with ex-Swindon Town star Paul Bodin.
Jones said: "They have been working hard. Paul and I have been impressed by their attitude and the fitness levels of some of them are very high."
