Wootton Bassett and Swindon will both be hoping to end a disappointing run of recent matches when they meet at Bassett tomorrow.

Bassett will be looking to find the same sort of form which saw them win convincingly when the two teams last met in a Gloucester and Wiltshire Division 1 match earlier this year.

Steve Twine comes back into lead the side and will be hoping to see a reversal of fortunes as his side have lost four out of the last five games.

Tony Shama (injury) and Andy Stevens (holiday) are the only absentees this week which see the return of the free-scoring Hendy Alleyne.

Stu Smith will be looking to continue his fine bowling form but it will be the batsmen who know the time has come to start producing the goods.

Swindon, following two successive defeats, will be looking to salvage a disappointing season and, above all, some pride.

Captain Will Nichols will need to instil some fire into the side, and welcomes back Andy Compton and Richard Mason in place of Adil Hussain and Paul Baden.

Compton will return to open the batting with Darren Beasant, with John Baden dropping to three.

The middle order will be strengthened with the return of Mason alongside Nichols, Matt Baker and Liam Tucker, while all-rounders Tom Fox and Alan Cock will look to add vital runs down the order.

Pete Stinchcombe will again lead the attack, probably with Fox who performed so well with the new ball last week, with Nichols and Cock providing the seam support.

Mo Zohaib has been picking up a lot of wickets recently with his tantalising off-spin, and he will hope for a repeat of his five-wicket haul against Colwall.
