TWO have-a-go heroes helped rescue a woman from an attacker in Westbury.
The two heroes helped free a 17-year-old girl who was grabbed by a man in Eden Vale Road.
Three men in a red car approached the young girl as she was walking home from Market Place at 11.30pm on Friday, July 26.
Yelling expletive words at her from the car window, one man jumped out and grabbed her by both arms.
Bombarding her with sexual and swear words the attacker tried to pull her into the waiting car.
Two men walking close-by intervened and a fight broke out. The offenders fled the scene.
The teenage victim was unhurt but shaken and ran home to telephone police.
Officers are appealing for the two passers-by to come forward as they hold vital clues to the identity of the suspects.
The attacker is described as white, in his 30s, with a shaved head, moustache and goatee beard.
House to house inquiries have failed to produce any leads.
