PROSPECTIVE homeowners in Swindon enjoyed a festival atmosphere when they were shown around the latest housing development.
Face painters, fire-eaters and balloon modellers entertained more than 600 people at the open day of Braydon Mead in North Swindon.
Four show homes at the Crest Nicholson site opened their doors to the crowds, and five homes were sold on the spot at the open day.
Sales Manager Valerie Carroll said: "Our open day was a great success, with the atmosphere of a village fayre. People came to look at what we are creating here, but they were also entertained by all the activities going on around them."
