A BUMPER fun day was held to help make disabled people in Swindon more mobile.
Clapham Hobbs Day Centre, in Gorse Hill, held the activity-packed event to help raise money for a new minibus.
Face painting, a charity auction, barbeque and car boot sale were just some of the attractions on offer.
Ruth Rowley, 42, chairwoman of the service user's committee, said: "The weather was brilliant and we all had a fantastic time fundraising."
The centre takes local disabled people swimming, horseriding, shopping and out on day trips.
The appeal has already raised £1,000 from donations and a sponsored bowling session.
Ruth added: "Everyone is being very supportive. Our present minibus desperately needs replacing so we are all rallying round to collect as much money as possible."
