WROUGHTON Folk Dance Club is gearing up for a day of dance and fun.
The club is set to hold its 15th barn dance for adults with learning difficulties and physical disabilities.
The free stomp and swirl event, on Saturday, will be held at the Upham Road Centre from 2.30pm until 4.30pm.
Five Bar Gate will provide the music, while singer Terry Rumble is entertaining the 120 dancers.
Rosie Jarvis, 59, is one of the dance organisers and says people should book early to avoid disappointment.
Mrs Jarvis said: "It is an opportunity to meet other people and enjoy themselves. Each time we hold a dance it costs £500 so we are grateful to everyone who helps us."
The barn dances are sponsored by the local community and the club has already received £100 from the Brown Jack pub in Wroughton.
Swindon and District Round Table has pledged £250 for further dances throughout the year.
For your free ticket and booking form call Frank on Swindon 495520 or Rosie on 01672 540053.
