Football: SALISBURY City made it four league wins in a row on Saturday to climb to second in the Dr Martens League Eastern Division table.
Two late goals from Adam Wallace after Wayne Turk had put them ahead on 25 minutes were enough to sink Sittingbourne.
Manager Nick Holmes missed the game through business commitments in the USA, but remained in contact throughout the 90 minutes.
Roger Emms, who along with Andy Cook and Tom Killick, are in charge until Holmes' return this weekend, said: "Fair play to Nick - he was on the phone to us during the game asking what was going on and how we were playing."
Because of their exit from the FA Cup, City have no fixture on Sat-urday. However, they are hoping to arrange a couple of friendlies prior to the visit of Dartford on September 21.
