ON receiving the autumn programme through the post for the Wyvern Theatre we travelled into town to buy tickets to see Peter Kay.
We were very disappointed to be informed that the show had sold out some time ago as the tickets had all been sold through the internet.
Is there any point in printing a programme if seats are sold in advance of its publication?
In future if shows are sold out so far in advance perhaps the Wyvern could put a note in with the advance programme or a notice in the foyer to avoid a wasted journey, time queuing and much disappointment.
