STRATTON Crosslink, the unbeaten leaders of the Wilts Premier League, entertain Pewsey Vale Reserves at the Crosslink Centre, Kingsdown, this weekend in a bid to stretch their unbeaten run to nine games.
Manager Albert Dearing will have plenty of respect for the visitors, who could turn out a good side on the day.
However, it would be a surprise if Pewsey upset the form book and the signs are that Crosslink will remain unbeaten.
Wroughton have lost three of their eight games played so far, and are in third spot in the table. They entertain Devizes Town Reserves at the Weir Field, and could well add another three points to their tally.
Aldbourne have made a great start to the season, and are currently in fifth spot, just one point behind second-placed Biddestone. They face one of their sternest tests so far when they visit Warminster Town.
The home side made a good start to the season, but their form in recent weeks have been a bit patchy and Aldbourne could well come away with a point.
Cricklade Town, another side that has flourished this season, are at home to Corsham Town Reserves and they could well continue to climb the table after a home victory.
It's also cup time, with two matches in the Corsham Print Senior Cup, and a couple in the Plaister Autos.
Marlborough Town are at home to Chiseldon Castrol, in the Senior Cup. With both sides struggling at the foot of the table, the tie could go into extra time.
Purton Reserves are at home to cup holders Shrewton United, who seem to have struck form lately and will be difficult to beat.
Both home sides should triumph in the Intermediate Cup, Sherston play last season's finalists Stratton Crosslink Reserves, and Wanborough United entertain Down Ampney.
In the Junior division, Ferndale Rodbourne and Marlborough Town Reserves head the table on 16 points apiece.
The young Marlborough side have a chance to go top should they account for Sporting HKQ on their own ground, as Ferndale are without a game.
Wroughton Reserves have played five and won five in third spot, and visit Aldbourne Reserves who, like the senior side, are no pushovers this season.
