HELP is at hand for anyone interested in turning their home or office into a stress free zone.
A short course is being held tomorrow for people wishing to learn about creating their own tranquillity zones.
Tranquillity zone sessions are held every two weeks at the Health Hydro in Milton Road, on Thursdays and Sundays.
They are organised as a community service by local members of the Baha'i faith, whose central message is promoting the unity of the entire human race under one God.
The course on how to create a tranquillity zone will be held at Legge House in Wroughton and is designed to encourage more people to take time out for tranquillity.
It will be held from 10am to 6pm and the price is £10, which includes registration, lunch and dinner and a tranquillity zone booklet.
A social evening will follow at 8pm.
