HUNDREDS of fundraisers are stepping out for young cancer sufferer Charlie Jarvis on Sunday.
The walk will start outside the Victoria Hill offices of First City Nursing Services, whose staff have organised the event.
At 10am those taking part will process into the town centre and wind their way to the County Ground, where walkers will spend an hour completing five laps of the pitch.
From there the route heads up to Queens Park, across Drove Road, and via Upham Road to the Lawns where walkers will finish with 10 laps of the pond. A police escort will be provided.
Charlie, four, of Coln Crescent, Greenmeadow was diagnosed with a rare form of childhood cancer a year ago.
Her parents Samantha and Paul launched an appeal to raise the cash to pay for revolutionary treatment at an American Clinic. Swindon people have rallied to the cause and have raised £80,000 so far.
