COMMUNITY groups in Wootton Bassett who have successfully bid for grant aid from the town council will be given the money tomorrow.
Fifteen applicants will be presented with cheques by town mayor Peter Roberts in a ceremony at the Memorial Hall in Station Road.
Members of the public are welcome to attend and look at displays about the work of the organisations.
The groups receiving grant aid are Age Concern, Allsorts Pre-school and Nursery, the Alzheimer's Society, Wootton Bassett Brass Band, the 1st Wootton Bassett Scout Group, Longleaze Pre-school and Nursery, Old Court Community School, the Royal British Legion, Splash Wiltshire, the War Memorial Committee, the Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust, Wootton Bassett Choral Society, Wootton Bassett and District Art Society, Wootton Bassett Sea Cadets and Wootton Bassett Orchestra.
