A woman who lost a cherished engagement ring while on holiday in Biddestone has appealed for help.
Margery Wise, 61, from Grays, in Essex, spent a week in the village in July.
She lost her £350 engagement ring, made of gold with a solitaire diamond, as well as a dress ring with a blue-green stone.
Mrs Wise was given the engagement ring by her first husband Raymond Martin, who died, and it holds great personal value for her.
During her visit to Wiltshire in July, she visited the Angel Hotel in Chippenham, King John's Hunting Lodge in Lacock and Corsham Court.
She has contacted the various establishments about her loss and has now sent out an appeal for anyone who might have picked up the rings to return them.
Anyone with information can contact Mrs Wise on (01375) 381683.
