TROLLEY dash winner Ella Courtney scooped up more than £130 of groceries when she whipped round a supermarket in two minutes.
Mrs Courtney, of Falcon Road, Calne, won the trolley dash in a Calne Lions Club draw.
At 9.30am on Sunday, the duty manager of Sainsbury's, in The Pippin, Calne, instructed his staff to clear the shop floor and gave Mrs Courtney a three second countdown.
On the word go she raced off, pounding down the aisles cheered on by store staff and grabbing as many items from the shelves as she could.
After two minutes Mrs Courtney's time was up but she checked out of the store with a whopping £133 of shopping, courtesy of the Lions Club.
Mrs Courtney said: "It was wonderful and great fun.
"I wasn't nervous at all because anything I managed to pick up was a bonus," she said.
"I didn't plan a route although my husband and I went into the store and thought about what we would like.
"What I got should last us a quite a while and a lot went into the freezer."
Mrs Courtney was not allowed to pick up any alcohol or cigarettes and was only allowed one of each item, but she still managed to grab some luxury treats, including some smoked salmon.
Tickets for the September draw were sold by Lions members outside the front of the supermarket two weeks ago.
Mrs Courtney said she never imagined she would win when she bought her ticket but it was a very pleasant surprise.
Despite covering the costs of Mrs Courtney's shopping, the Lions still managed to make £430, which will go into their charity account for distribution to worthy causes.
