GRATEFUL Christopher Patey has raised money for his GP surgery. Mr Patey held a bring and buy sale at his home in South View Court, Devizes, on Saturday evening.
As well as the sale there was a raffle, a small treasure hunt, guess the name of a handmade doll and guess how many sweets were in a jar. Refreshments were also available.
Altogether £42.70 was raised for Southbroom Surgery.
Mr Patey, 39, who has diabetes and asthma, is a patient at Southbroom Surgery.
He said: "I wanted to raise money for the surgery so it could benefit people in the town."
Viv Laing, general manager at Southbroom Surgery, said: "The donation is a fantastic gesture by Mr Patey and we are delighted to receive it."
