THERE has been a lot of criticism about the council lately, however not all of the criticism has been fair, as Kevin Small has just taken over the job as the leader and needs a chance to prove himself.
But there is one criticism that I do have and that is if this council wished to exorcise the ghost of the old leader, then they would have elected a medium, not a Small.
