SEVEN people accused of taking part in a mass brawl outside a Warminster pub have appeared before Trowbridge magistrates.
All the charges relate to an incident in the town centre on July 6.
Four men and one woman from Manchester were charged after the brawl. A Warminster man and a man from Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland, also appeared before magistrates in Trowbridge on Thursday to answer public order charges.
Susan Welby, 42 and Stephen Welby, 38, of Blackley, Greater Manchester, were charged with one count of affray and one public order offence.
Steven Greenwood, 24, and Thomas McFarlane, 19, also of Blackley, were charged with one count of affray.
Fellow Blackley resident Keith Rowlatt, 18, faced a charge of affray and a second public order charge.
Army staff sergeant Stephen Byrne, 36, of Tennyson Close, Warminster, faced one charge of affray and a second public order charge, while 22-year-old Jamie Thomson, of Lochside Dumfries, Dumfries and Galloway, also faced a charge of affray and one public order charge.
The case against all seven defendants was adjourned until next month for prosecution and defence solicitors to view CCTV evidence.
Pleas will be entered at the next court appearance before Trowbridge magistrates on October 3.
All seven were released on unconditional bail.
