Swindon Supermarine have added some new faces to their squad for their visit to Evesham where they will
cross swords with former Swindon Town hard man Darren Bullock.
The South Marston side have added 17-year-old keeper Paul Titcombe to the squad along with Adie Adams a loan signing from Forest Green Rovers. Negotiations are also underway to bring in another Dr Martens player.
Titcombe was recommended to the club by Tom Jones who was impressed with him at the County Ground while Adams replaces Warren Fuller, who has moved back to Highworth.
Adams, who played in the Forest Green Conference side and has played for England Under 18 Schools Academy, was spotted by a Leicester City scout during the Ireland game and trained with Town for a couple of weeks.
Supermarine boss John Murphy said: "We desperately need to start picking up a few points, we have had lots of injuries and can't seem to field a settled side.
"Mark Richards trained in midweek but Adam Giles is out with injury. We seem to take two steps forward and one back.
"After Evesham we face Gloucester and Atherstone another couple of tough sides, hopefully the new signings will help us to field a more settled side."
Cirencester Town look to have a difficult away fixture at top three side Bromsgrove.
Ciren boss Brian Hughes said: "A result up there would do us no harm whatsoever. After a couple of good results I thought we had turned the corner but last week's 5-2 defeat by Mangotsfield, after being two up, was disappointing."
Although the side is not finalised for the weekend Hughes is hoping to involve a couple of the Academy side who did well in midweek beating Yeovil on penalties in the second qualifying round of the FA Youth Cup.
Another blow to the club was the departure of central defender Tom Stevenson recalled by former club Tamworth, who have been hit by a recent spate of injuries.
Chippenham Town will be hoping to bounce back from their midweek defeat by Newport County when they visit Folkestone tomorrow.
Although disappointed by their first defeat of the season at Newport manager Tommy Saunders admitted the better side had won.
Looking ahead to the Folkestone game the Bluebirds boss said: "It's a long journey for the sides, around 170 miles each way, and Folkestone are no mugs.
"Although they are in the bottom six in the table they had a good draw with Weymouth last weekend and it will be a tough game.
"Good news is that Charlie Griffin's transfer from Woking has been completed but on the down side keeper Paul Thompson, Colin Towler and Steve Tweedle are still on the injured list.
"James Bittern will continue in goal and hopefully we can come away with a result."
