UNWANTED cats and kittens are proving to be such a problem in Swindon that the town's branch of Cats Protection is taking action.
Throughout October they will pay the full cost of having a cat neutered, both male and female pets, for people on benefits.
Owners should contact the vet of their choice to arrange an appointment.
The vet will require proof of benefit being received and make all the necessary arrangements with Cats Protection.
