COOPER-Avon 2nds hosted a close-fought local derby and led 14-3, thanks to tries from veteran Pete Spooner and 17-year old Luke Brailey. Trowbridge fought back strongly to take the lead 17-14.
Trowbridge fought back in the second half with two tries from Matt Larrard and a third from skipper Mark Satorius.
Liam Ellis added one conversion to give the visitors a three-point lead, but Cooper-Avon hit back, winning a penalty which was kicked by Stuart Moore to level the scores.
