Swindon Under 16s continued their flying start to the season with a resounding 62-5 win over Tetbury.
Skipper Steve Oxley led his men out but there was a rude awakening for the visitors as a mistake led to a try from Tetbury in the first minute.
After this, Swindon settled down to apply consistent pressure and it paid off as Matthew Allen scored the first of a hat-trick of touchdowns.
Tetbury put up little resistance, and never looked like adding to their score.
Further tries came from Rob Wilkins, Martin Stuart, Ryan Dowling and John Philips, leaving the half-time score was 46-5 to Swindon.
Ben Pailor, in his new position at scrum-half had a particularly good game and to crown his efforts, scored Swindon's sixth try. Not to be left out, skipper Oxley also weighed in.
The points were made up by conversions from Jason Collard, Ryan Dowling and Greg Sheppard.
Anyone interested in training with the team should contact Joe Walsh on 01793 852608 or go along to Greenbridge Road on a Sunday at 10am and ask for Richard Biggs.
