Police want information about a man who called yesterday on an elderly resident and requested work replacing guttering.
Although no access was gained to the man's property police believe it may have been an attempted burglary. The caller is described as white, mid to late 20s, 5ft 10in with sandy ginger hair and a hair lip.
Anyone with information should call Swindon police on 528111.
