ST MATTHEW'S Church, in Rowde, near Devizes, is to benefit from two fundraising events in the village.
A flower festival is being held from September 27-29 at the church. The theme of the festival is fruits of the earth and admission is free.
There will also be a sale of plants and produce in Rowde Village Hall and teas and cakes will be served.
The festival is open from 2pm to 8pm tomorrow, 10am to 4pm on Saturday and 11am to 4pm on Sunday.
It will end with a Songs of Praise in the church at 6pm on Sunday.
In addition villagers have published a 48-page recipe book, called Fruits of the Earth: Favourite Recipes from Rowde. It costs £4 and proceeds will go to the church.
