FREE-SCORING Chippenham 2nd maintained their 100 per cent start to the campaign with a solid away win at Keynsham.
Captain Kenny Brown opened the scoring for the visitors, with further tries coming from John Billett, Matt Bouker, Julian Squires, Jon Lawrence and Martin Schrader.
But Keynsham competed well and responded with some excellent running tries of their own.
The game was marred by a head injury to Chippenham centre Chris Cooke, who spent the night in hospital following a collision with a Keynsham player.
He was released on Sunday having received the all-clear from doctors.
Skipper Brown was encouraged by his side's success.
He said: "This win keeps us well on course for the league title."
