A GIANT bronze fountain created in a workshop in Rode will soon be making its way to an Oxford college.
The 4.5m fountain has taken two years to build and is due to be delivered next week.
Sculptor Casper Taylor moved his workshop from Box to Rode in the summer and has been working on it between his regular business restoring stonework.
Mr Taylor, 33, said: "We normally do a lot of restoration work but I trained as a sculptor at the Bristol Art College and it is a bit of an indulgence.
"We have just taken a new workshop and I have three people working for me. The fountain has had to fit in between other jobs. It will be great to get it on site."
The fountain is bound for Templeton college.
