THERE are plenty of exciting new events happening at Trowbridge Museum over the next few months.
A living craft exhibition called 'Patchwork and Quilting' opens on Friday October 11, displaying many creations by the Broughton Gifford Piecemakers, including the Millennium quilt.
From October 29 to November 2 the Wiltshire Railway Circle will be hosting some displays, with opportunities to participate.
Finally, the 'Christmas Cool Cats Competition', formulated by staff at Ottakers bookshop, is something for all the family.
Dotted around the museum will be 19 questions, which must be answered correctly.
Then think of a name for the weaver's cottage cat, and the first correct entry will win a prize. The closing date is December 14.
