A NEW way to relieve stress and relax is coming to Trowbridge. The Tranquillity Zone is a 40-minute session in which people can unwind in their lunch hour.
The session will be held on Friday between 12.45 and 1.30 pm at the Rainbow Bridge Centre on Fore Street.
Juliet Grainger, an organiser of the project, said: "The programme comprises soothing words and uplifting music. This is present in a beautiful candlelit setting, surrounded by fresh flowers."
The Tranquillity Zone started in Swindon where it has been running for four years.
Mrs Grainger said: "The experience offers nourishment and inspiration for the mind and soul, and can help us relax and cope better with the stress and pressures of everyday life."
Entry to the session is free and light refreshments will be served.
